, a 痳豆在线 program, is looking for high school students with disabilities to apply to be program scholars.

Applicants must be a current high school sophomore or junior in Washington, have an aptitude and interest in attending college, have any disability, and must be motivated to participate and interested in interacting with other students with a variety of disabilities.

Applicants who are selected as听DO-IT scholars听are loaned computers and adaptive technology needed to participate in electronic mentoring and Internet support year-round. For up to three summers scholars听attend a one- to two-week, live-in summer program on the UW campus, where they learn about college selection, challenging careers, self-advocacy and adaptive technology.

Applications are accepted throughout the schoolyear for the upcoming summer.

Students are encouraged to work on and submit their applications in the fall and winter since听priority听is given to applications received听before听Jan. 30. Applications received after听Jan. 30听will be considered on a space-available basis.
